Data we collect
Depending on how you use NaveoFlow, we may process the following categories of data:
- Account and authentication information required to sign in to NaveoFlow.
- Information related to your workspaces, sites, guides, demos, and settings.
- Activity voluntarily captured during a recording, including clicks, button labels, used fields, technical selectors, and page path.
- Content from the active tab recorded by the user, including audio, video, and microphone audio when the user allows it.
- Technical data needed for security, diagnostics, and service operation.
Chrome extension use
The NaveoFlow extension never starts recording automatically. It only acts when a signed-in user chooses to start a capture in the active tab. Captured data is used to generate an interactive guide in the user’s NaveoFlow workspace.
How we use data
- Provide, secure, and improve NaveoFlow.
- Create recordings and generate interactive guides.
- Allow users to find, edit, publish, or delete their guides.
- Provide support, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not use it to determine creditworthiness, and we do not transfer it to third parties for purposes unrelated to NaveoFlow’s core functionality. Technical providers may process data only to host, secure, analyze, or provide the service.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect NaveoFlow’s security. Users can delete their content or request deletion of their account and associated data.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or export your data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.
